And, finally the first day of the New Year is yesterday. The end of

the firework festivals is where the work begins.

What defines world-changing works? Well, 2015 was a witness

to the power of one—the testimony of how one person can create

economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce.

For the future—for the young generations of the country. One

example of one person’s vision turns disruption? Many, when it’s

Our work in 2015 was an adventure to augment the Future

Formula— that stubbornness to start in 1 person—to inspire 1

other person to act, and another 1, and another 1: 1 + 1 + 1 + 1.

Endless equation in action.

So, symbolically on 11.11—November 11, 2015, exhausted but

excited (my team and I personally prepared every detail for the

day), we embarked on an adventure that gives us a great sense of

purpose. Sitting in a Suite that day—in suits; shirts; power

dresses, were twenty-five Key Players to kick-start the

movement. They are titans of the timeless brands and daring

designers of Indonesia. The ingredients that they shared to

shape 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 were incredible: build not just on a big idea;

but also on a big ideal—success as the sustainable force of

change. A commitment to a cause. How world-changing.

1 + 1 + 1 + 1, I believe, is an initiative that’s great for generations:

we are the world-changing works we’ve been waiting for. So,

start somewhere. Invest in what matters—ideas, ideals, the

powerful purpose of your personal brand. Build a purposeful

platform to inspire impacts.

I am even more inspired about where we are headed. Let’s go.
